My granddaughter wears an insert in one shoe to balance her hips and straighten her spine. She swears by them. Other brands have a silicone lift and she says there is too much give in them and she doesn't get the lift she needs. She has these in every shoe she wears, with the exception of flip flops lol. Definitely recommend

The heel lift is very comfortable and it fits nicely in your shoes and it does it job by balancing you out evenly

I never realized that my right leg is shorter than my left leg. A chiropractor let me know. They recommend there inserts. Now My hip stays in and walking is painless. They are adjustable as in you can peal off a layer if it’s too high. Love them!!

The added height helped to balance my body stance because I use a leather covered fiberglass boot to support the ankle on my other foot.I could’ve used an additional 1/8” on the heel lift, hence my 4 star rating.

my condition of drop foot and sending mental information to my legs to "bend knee, and lift ", it didn't help, but for some who are not advanced with stroke issues it may work
