All 5 reams of paper are damaged, seals were ripped off and curved corner. Long waiting and exorbitant price

This is my favorite paper for general printing. It’s a much brighter and feels better / thicker in your hands than most other papers. Unfortunately, my recent order from Amazon was a huge disappointment. Out of the case four reams are unusable (bottom and top pairs). The case box looks like it went through a war zone and was dropped off a plane while still in flight. The box top had clearly been pulled up on both ends, only one band was in place, every single ream wrapper is torn the full length on both sides, and nearly half the paper is just waste. I likely will never order paper from Amazon again… though I’ll still source this particular paper through other vendors, but locally.

It is very difficult these days to purchase a bright, 11x17", 20lb paper. I appreciate being able to find this paper and at a reasonable price (considering others). Thank you. Very quick delivery.

Bought this paper on Amazon from Office Depot OfficeMax. Have been using this paper for years and usually buy it in this packaging. When I received this delivery, the box was pretty dirty and a little beat up. it was heavily taped as well. Other sellers have packaged the paper/box in separate box to help protect the paper. When I opened the box, the paper was clearly repackaged (incorrectly) in the box and I have my doubts if this is actually the Polaris paper. Some of the paper is unusable because of the way it was repackaged and carelessly shipped. The paper is good. The seller, Office Depot OfficeMax, sucks! Do not buy from them

Good value. Hey, paper is paper but the way that the product is packaged makes storage easy

I am so confident that this is the best copy paper for my needs, I no longer have to consider any other paper. It is the one product I can just Ask Alexia to reorder for me. It is reasonably priced, but it is so much better than any other paper you have used. Many times, I have had client positively remark about how fancy it was. Also, can I say that buying paper was the last reason that I would still drive to the Office Depot, which is actually just across the street from my office. I hated going there. I hated overpaying for paper. I hated how it would practically cut off my fingers when I had to lug it up from the car. I love that someone else now carries it to my office for me for about half the price I used to be paying. Oh, the packaging is terrible. I don't know why Amazon insists on putting a large box of paper in an even bigger box. It always shows up beat to heck. Even the individual reams in the box tend to be ripped open because I think it has seen such violence from those who have had to schlep it from the warehouse to my office. Guys. I get it!

We required an 11 x 17 Tabloid product to color copy front and rear of our Rotary Auction flyers. This having been our 42nd annual auction we've had significant experience with a full range of paper products. Honestly, the paper proved outstanding for both the printing and machine folding process and I would not hesitate to purchase the Boise Polaris product again. My deduction from a 5-star is somewhat unfair to the fine Boise product as it has to do with the method of shipping the case. The thin little yellow bands applied to nearly all paper sold in multi-ream cases are not "UPS'd" or "FedEx'd" if you'll forgive my shortcut. They simply are not intended for cross-country trips. The case/box arrived shredded and bound by only one of the two original strappings. Every single ream outer packaging was torn/ripped to pieces. Surprisingly (and a testament of the quality of the paper) we lost only 100 or so sheets that were too crumpled to attempt in the commercial color copier we used. Some sheets required a more delicate handling and orientation for jam free feeding but they went through beautifully.

For the price you can't beat this paper. It is 24lb, which is a good bit heavier compared to a standard 20lb sheet, this is very handy for double sided copies because the paper thickness is greater meaning the sheet is more opaque. The sheet brightness is also rated at 97, which gives the colors a nice pop especially if you are using a quality color press, keep in mind most sheets are a 92 brightness and have a significantly duller appearance when compared side by side with a 97 brightness sheet. Also considering you can print two 8.5"x11" pages on this 11"x117" sheet you could potentially be saving money on your copy charges if you pay per impression/click. At about $50 per case this is about the same cost as a case of 20lb 92 brightness 8.5"x11" paper, which is absolutely amazing. If you have a cutter I highly recommend ordering this paper and cutting it in half if you run a lot of 8.5"x11" "high quality" paper which costs sometimes double a "standard" sheet, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful paper: solid, bright white, hefty, this 28-pound paper is substantial stuff without crossing the line into stiff card-stock territory. At this weight the paper is opaque and individual sheets are easily separated from each other. This paper is a bargain at the price I bought it at--$40 for six reams. At 97 brightness, you're not looking at blindingly white, but neither is it grey. It's a solid mid-weight paper at a good price. And it's heavy without being too stiff for the feed mechanisms on printers.
