I sanded down the old varnish without completely removing it. The previous varnish had worn off in some areas, creating a visually uneven surface with patches of no varnish. I didn’t move the furniture along the walls, but applied three coats of Bona Traffic.The product was easy to use and self-levelled perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations—the color is now warm and no longer yellowish, even though the product itself was colorless. It feels like I have a brand-new floor!I used an 18-inch T-bar for application, but a 12-inch bar would have been more suitable given the size of the area. There was a strong odor for the first five hours after each coat, but I kept the windows open for a week, and the smell was barely noticeable the next day.Overall, I’m thrilled with the outcome!

My handyman originally recommended Bona and emphasized I get the Satin High Traffic for my kitchen and living room wooden floors. I am so so happy that I did. There wasn't a lingering chemical smell, the coats laid on seamless, and I love the quality of the color. It really holds up as I typically have a lot of company from meetings to game nights and so far so great! As a new homeowner, I'm glad I was introduced to quality stuff!

This stuff is clearly expensive, but it works. Easy to apply, fast drying, low odor, and it has held up beautifully to our three dogs. Highly recommend.

I’ve used this several times. Great stuff, easy to apply. Highly recommend but you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere. No terrible smell like the Swedish stuff, no evacuation needed. Only complaint is that it’s about $50 more expensive than it was a year ago.

I sanded down my cherry hardwood floors and then applied Bona classic sealer and several coats of Bona traffic. While I was in the middle of the job I applied a bottle of this and found that it was actually high gloss that was labeled as satin. I called the manufacture and they were very rude and said it must have been the application. I don't know what school of magic that must have come from but I didn't get any help from them. I had to recoat the affected area with another coat of satin and then it was fine. I'm not very satisfied with the durability of this either, it has multiple scratches already.
