I used this first as a drench for plants using 1 TBS Neem Oil with 1 teaspoon dish washing detergent. You can search this recipe online for its purpose because Unfortunately, the purpose includes words that result in Amazon not accepting my review.I also used this Neem in a pump sprayer. This Neem Oil deserves a 5 rating because of its smooth consistency. It is also superior to others in that you can use it at lower temperatures (I used it at 59 degrees) and it did not block up my sprayer. All other neem oils that I have used harden when used under temperatures of about 70 degrees. That said, I highly suggest cleaning out a sprayer with dish soap and water after any use with oil.The fragrance is also not as strong as typical neem oil. And it has a slightly pleasant scent. It did have that Neem fragrance after I brought all my plants inside and they were all still wet. But it was not as pungent a smell as other Neem oils that I have tried. Also, my sensitive plants did not seem to mind this Neem oil. When I tried other Neem oils, especially as a drench, some of the plants did not do well afterwards.I hope that this information helps you in your search and Happy Gardening!🤩

This stuff is great for your plants and also for people. I used it as a mosquito deterrent and it works better than any spray I have ever used.

I love this stuff. Works extremely well, just apply it as directed and make sure you redo it. It’s a natural product, so it tends to wash away if it rains and needs reapplication over time. Keeps all the nasties away, but it obviously doesn’t affect your pollinators. I use this on my organic vegetable garden. No effect on the taste of anything (washes off easily). You’ll see the difference if you’re watching closely—no more eaten leaves.Check it out. It’s worth it.

As an avid gardener, I'm always seeking effective organic solutions, and Bonide's Neem Oil consistently delivers. This concentrated 16oz bottle goes a long way when mixed with water. It proves highly effective against a wide range of insect pests, fungal diseases, and mites on vegetables, fruits, ornamentals and more. The oil smothers pests and creates an anti-feedant environment. Application is easy with a hose-end sprayer. Plants show no signs of burn or phytotoxicity when used as directed. Unlike some harsh chemicals, Neem is relatively low-risk for beneficials like bees. An incredibly versatile and eco-friendly pest management tool for organic growers. Highly recommended!

I have used this product before. It can work quite well. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived broken. The bag was covered in insecticide. In the future, Amazon should pack this in a better shipping container.

I began growing strawberries indoors hydroponically this summer and suddenly had a problem with older leaves beginning to turn brown and die. Since I am a troubleshooter by nature, and a total noob with hydroponics, I immediately thought that my hydroponics solution was the culprit the entire time. After spending loads of money on new strawberry plant replacements, new containers, new hydroponic nutrients, I was about to simply give up on my indoor hydro project. My hydro grow room is upstairs in my house and I have 4 grow tents, each with a different fruit/vegetable growing inside including watermelons/cucumbers, banana plants, tomatoes, peppers, etc. I checked my dying plants a few weeks ago and noticed a webbing around my strawberry leaves. After Googling several different sites and inspecting the leaves, I came to the conclusion that I had spider mites... probably this entire time and probably what has killed several of my plants. I did not want to use insecticides and other harmful chemicals, so I turned to neem oil.I had a 1.5 liter spray bottle and mixed it with 2ml (I use a medicine dropper to measure). Shake well and starting from the top of the leaves, spray the tops/undersides of the leaves well, then work your way down. I clipped the brown leaves off. To prevent burning, I treated the leaves at night before lights out. Today, 4 days later, I see new leaves growing on my banana plants and they are not so quick to turn brown. Additionally, my strawberry plants look revitalized with a healthy green sheen on the leaves. I know this stuff is working well and I'm very glad that I bought it. For all you folks who are worried on whether or not this oil is organic, are you aware of what happens when you mix oil and water? It does not mix well. The extra ingredients help the neem oil stick to the leaves. If I had a choice to use something that is only 75% organic neem oil OR have dead crops, I choose the neem oil.I am very thankful for this product and 100% support and recommend it for indoor pest control.
