We use this to fix the binding on a very thick Bible. So far so good! It is held very well and doesn’t seem to cause any issues with the pages. Pleased with the product, especially for the price.

Sur le produit en lui-même, il y a peu à dire : c'est une colle qui colle. Les précautions d'emploi font un peu peur : il faudrait des gants, des lunettes, un scaphandre, etc...Par contre, dans mon cas, franchement, j'ai galéré : car contrairement aux photos, plusieurs pages s'étaient détachées du dos du livre, désolidarisées du reste. Il a donc fallu d'abord les remettre bien ensemble puis les coller. Mais pour 3 d'entre elles, la colle avait mal imprégné le papier. Bref, j'ai eu du mal : j'ai dû, avec un cutter, enlever 1mm de papier côté dos du livre, pour bien égaliser toutes ces feuilles volantes, et là, ça a colle correctement.Donc le produit est bon, mais prenez votre temps, ce n'est pas forcément facile à faire !

Der Versand und die Verpackung waren in Ordnung.Ein paar praktische Zubehöre sind dabei, mit denen die Reparatur erleichtert wird.Mein Sohn ist gerade in dem "entdeckenden" Jahr.Oft weiß er noch nicht genau, wie man das Buch richtig lesen (oder für ihn spielen) sollte.Aber jetzt mit diesem Buchkleber kann ich das Kinderbuch noch schnell retten :))Das finde ich ja sehr toll.

Firmly bound bindings on two books on which I used it ( One was my 30+ year old frequently used Bible). Easy to apply. Plastic gloves included were appreciated but cumbersome. Included two brushes. I was able to clean the one I used with soap and water for reuse. Because of the fluidity of the glue, use care in squeezing out glue from the tube. Generous amount of glue which will go a long way.

I LOVE to read.I have a library of I-dunno-HOW-MANY-books.I have books that I got over a half-century ago....What`s more, many of the books I have were actually 'old' books when I got them.Accordingly, Time has been has been 'having it`s way' with my library (as it has with me,as well...)I have, over the years, tried numerous adhesives to repair worn bindings.This is the first time that I have tried an actual adhesive designed for book repair.The stuff is clear, and it flows well out of the tube--which has that 'no clog' needle tip common now.The stuff has a notable odor, but only until it sets-up....which does not take as long as instructions state.I applied it to a binding, set the book carefully aside, with it carefully braced.Instructions say to give it '24 hours' .....Eight hours later, I picked-up the book and found it to have a solid --yet flexible--binding.I will be using this for several more volumes and should it fail me, I will update here accordingly.
