Got the job done. Used to fabricate aluminum repair parts for large screens. Blade still sharp after job.Use of cutting fluid sped things up. Very pleased. Was using manual hacksaw before.

Does seem to cut faster and cleaner especially when used with aluminum cutting fluid.

Holy moly I have never seen any saw cut thru aluminum so quickly and cleanly. I barely even felt the 1/8 inch hardened 6061 give any kind of kick/resistance. I set my jigsaw to 90% speed and zipped right thru and had to slow down to cut straight. I didn't expect that at all. Spanks the crap out of band saws and powersaws without the risk of gumming up a good blade.

I have always used fine tooth blades for soft/thin AL sheet, and angle. You know how they clog, need wax, bind, etc. These don't need anything but a line to follow. I am amazed how easily they cut through delicate stock without tearing, or grabbing the material. Excellent blades.

I bought a pack to use when I had to cut aluminum sheet -- Mostly 1/8-inch diamond plate and 1/8 smooth plate. The blades are impressive. They cut fast, don't bind, and keep their edge. I would definitely buy these again. But, I've yet to wear one out, or break it. I've also used a blade to cut 1/4-inch to make a flange, harder to make tighter turns, but the blades worked well. In short, very good blades.

I was certain these blades were gonna snap trying to saw through 1/4" plate for a project with my milwaukee jigsaw. It survived. Then I used the blade for drywall, cutting holes for old work boxes.Use cutting fluid on alu!Worth the money I'd say.

I thought that I was going to have to use up all the blades for how much cutting I had to do. I only had to use one blade on my cheap jig saw. Better quality than I was hoping for. I was cutting some pretty hard 1/2" aluminum. Can't remember the numbers of what kind of aluminum it was, but it was a higher quality more expensive aluminum. The blade had no trouble. I was using a bunch of 3 in 1 oil, so maybe that might help you.
