Feeder worked well till received 1/4" of rain, quit functioning and found water inside the control panel inside the green can. Had to stake it in, as wind easily blows it over. My computer Control box failed within a month due to a light rain. Not happy about that. Item should include the battery when shipped, as well as solar panel. Getting nickel and dimed to get the full system working.

I have owned a lot of feeders. Metal and plastic. This is probably the best one I’ve had so far. It feeds very well as you do not need to add a funnel. The timer is easy to program. This feeder design was well thought out prior to production and will be a reliable feeder for years to come. I intend on buying at least two more in the near future.
