I am glad I had these. I bough two compression fittings from Amazon (made by FASPARTS) to install a radiator. The original compression rings that came with the fittings both leaked right away. I used two adjustable wrenches to tighten the fittings, and apparently, that force was not enough to shrink the rings. My pipe was a standard 3/4 copper, which is 7/8 O.D. Swapped the rings with these ones, used the same two adjustable wrenches, and got a leak free connection.

Have not used the product but I'm replacing some that were part of a compression on/off valve. The ones I received with the valve were misshaped and very thin. The new ones I'm reviewing are solid and appear of good quality. I recommend them.
