Product works as a switch panel, but doesn’t become recognizable in bluetooth, purchased and 8gang one also for the build I am doing and that Bluetooth gives me no issues.

Installed 12 gang switch a couple months ago, swtich met my expectations until now, my phone will not connect, says connection unsupported. ive tried multiple different phones and ipads and it still wont conncet via bluetooth. luckly the switch pannel still works but the bluetooth was the main reason i bought this.
