Honestly, at the price point, I'd forgive the "cheap and plasticky" bit, even though they DID seem cheaper than I expected when I ordered them. But the deal breaker for me is that they just plain won't work on my ride; the brackets don't sit flush on the ends of the grips, and depending on how you situate them they either touch the brake lever one way, or they bump into the windscreen when you turn if you situate them the other way.I'm sure these will work for some people's bikes, but be aware it's a real crapshoot.

These hand guards are high quality and look great once installed. They fit perfectly on my Honda CRF300L Rally, providing a much sturdier setup compared to the previous bark busters I've used.The construction feels solid, offering excellent protection while enhancing the overall look of the bike. My wife wanted these for the winter months where the cold air still manages to get through the heated gloves. They are very easy to assemble and install, took about 30 minutes to adjust them both to my liking. They do allow for you to use with thick gloves on and doesn't interfere with controls. We did need more washers to space out the bar ends because the Rebel 1100 handles push about 1/2" past the bar end when you remove the factory bar end caps. With the mirror attachment points and 2 different spreader bars, you can have 3 different spacing adjustments so these should be able to mount on any model out there.When summer hits, it's only 2 bolts to remove and you can take them off if you want.

These hand guards look great on the bike. The work so well that I now can ride in 45 degree weather without my hands getting cold. Love them.

Took a second to get these mounted correctly, had to fidget with things a bit to get them over my levers but once installed I have to say, they look really nice. Definitely don't look aftermarket and the materials are nice and solid. Really great construction all around and they do a great job of keeping the wind off my hands, which makes a huge difference in cold weather riding. Also helps a ton if you do trail riding against brush and whatnot, though I can't speak fully to their utility in that area.I also like that they kinda match my bikes color scheme (silver/blue/black).Overall I'd say these are a solid addition to your bike. You shouldn't have any issues due to their universal mounting nature, though you might have to play around with some brackets to get things where you want them. Its worth it though!

Ive owned a couple sets of hand guards but they all felt small and didnt really make me feel quite safe with them on. Plus wind chill hit my hands real bad as if they're not even there. This guy tho? Man oh man. Covers the whole hand and then some. The entire cover itself is just a large piece of molded ABS and its just that right amount of thickness where it won't break anytime soon. The hardware itself is pretty solid, especially the attachment to the guard. I thought it was casted metal but it seems to be CNC'd? I could be wrong.Regardless, so long as you have a simple mirror setup. This thing should install just fine. (I did not but it doesn't deter from the quality) I think the only issue I really had was one of the washer that sits below the bolt within the handlebar doesn't sit flush into the slot. The right side did. It's fine though as it didn't impact the structural integrity of the entire setup.These things keep my hands actually warm as it blocks out wind chill amazingly is the most solid built hand guards I own.Do some measurements and once you know itll fit your bike, give this fella a purchase! Ya wont regret it.
