I ordered two of these breadboxes intending to give one to my daughter who bakes sourdough bread frequently. One of them had a lid closure handle that was broken. I was able to work with Cindy at Gracenal who was so helpful and we were able to resolve the problem. I am delighted with the breadbox and equally as delighted with Cindy and her very GRACE-ious customer service at Gracenal. Thank you, Cindy, and thank you, Gracenal.

I would not recommend this item. I purchased this item because I wanted something I could use to store bread, but it was broken when it arrived. I opened the box and removed the plastic wrapping and one of the side latches fell off. So I requested a replacement. I received the replacement and that one was broken too. I didn't even have to remove the outside plastic wrap. It was boxed well so it had to have been broken before getting put in the box. Either way, I would not recommend this item since it doesn't seem very durable.

Found these searching for storage of sourdough bread. Bought two and love them. We put all our bread in here. Keeps the bread fresh way longer. Sourdough stays fresh for days if not a whole week in these containers. We usually eat ours within 5 days and it stays fresh. Our sandwich bread stays fresh much longer too. Worth the investment.

The product looks great and the size is great. However it was shipped broken and it is not tight seal.

This bread box is HUGE! it's exactly what I was hoping for. I'll probably buy a new more to store other grains like rice and flour in my place. It's easy to clean by hand and dry. It holds 2 loafs of store bought bread or really large home made loafs of sourdough. I choose this box over others because of its size. I needed something that could hold domed bread as much as loafs. This does both and does it well.I've had a loaf of bread in there for a week. I take out about 1 -2 pieces a day and what's left is still soft. Much better than leaving it in the plastic bag on the counter.Great purchase. Would and probably will buy again soon.
