The New Way to Grate, Slice, Shred Veggies, Fruits, Cheese, Chocolate and More
1. Secure the Body
Set the body on a flat surface. Press down firmly with one hand & turn the suction lever clockwise with the other to lock the suction pad in place.
2. Assemble the Upper Housing
Slot the upper housing into the top of the body until it clicks into position.
3. Attach a Drum and Handle
Select a drum & insert it into the upper housing, narrow end first. Attach the handle to the drum & turn the screw cap clockwise to lock it in place.
4. Start Grating
Load food into the hopper, push down with one hand & turn the handle clockwise to start grating. Use the pusher to drive short pieces into the hopper.

The Brieftones grater is very good.It is an excellent helper in the kitchen, allowing you to process with its four drums many vegetables easily. It also allows you to grate cheeses and seeds such as almonds or walnuts.It is ideal for quickly preparing salads. The secret of a good kitchen is to offer varied and tasty dishes. And this is very easy to achieve with the rotary grater, which with its four cylinders offers different ways of presenting food.The device is easy to assemble, easy to install, easy to use and easy to clean. And it is precisely these features that make it an outstanding piece of equipment and allow me to recommend it. Also for its price and good presentation.It is a well-designed machine, with very good quality materials and steel, which allows for the best safety conditions.In my kitchen I have several electric food processors but this small manual food processor meets my preferences. My mother had a small grater just for processing almonds and we were amazed with it. Today we have this small multifunctional machine that offers us multiple alternatives to process vegetables and I am more than amazed.

Brieftons has once again developed another highly useful kitchen product. This four-blade grater is exceptionally well designed and combines the features found in other graters, slicers and mandolin products all in one easy to use and clean unit. What I liked about it as well is that for its compact size, it is designed with interchangeable parts that can readily accomplish any grating, slicing or mandolin chore easily and efficiently. Additionally, the design of its cutting devices are inter-stackable facilitating storage.

The rotary grater is very ergonomic and easy to use. As a cheese lover, I want to put cheese on top of everything, but I'm afraid of mandoline graters! Slicing is not the best for an even melt, and prepacked grated cheese has a cakey taste. I wanted a grater that would give me freshly grated cheese without losing my fingers. This grater was the perfect answer.It keeps my hands safe and it's ergonomic and easy to use. It grates and slices with extreme ease. The suction cup at the bottom is quite powerful so all you have to do is put a bowl below and turn the crank. It is compact and spins in both directions (leftie friendly!).The design accounted for enough space to put a bowl or tupper below. With the tupper height, everything fell where I wanted and the surrounding area stayed tidy. It also makes it super easy to grate, everything falls in the bowl, you put the lid on and you're all set for storing the ingredients!I was concerned about cleaning as graters tend to be a pain, but it is fairly easy to do. I rinse the blades with soapy water while I finish cooking. I then put them on the dishwasher and they came came out sparkly clean. Washing them by hand also turned out to be very easy, just don't let the food dry on the blades. I have hand washed them with a sponge, but the kit includes a small brush that makes it easy to clean the blades from the inside.So far I've used the grater with pecans, cookies, cheese, cucumbers, and apples. I used the grater in December to do pecan balls (grated pecans and vainilla cookies mixed with condensed milk. You're welcome!) that I gave as Christmas gifts to my friends. They were inexpensive, easy to do, eveybody loved them, and I didn't break the bank this year.The slicer cuts veggie slices a bit too thin for my liking for salads (I prefer a bit more crunch) but it is perfect if you need thin slices. I think this would be perfect to do dry veggie chips or kettle potato chips. I also used it on an apple and the results where very interesting. I've never eaten apple slices that thin, but they turned out to be super juicy and it took me longer to eat which is a plus if you are on diet!I loved this little grater. My new kitchen is very small but this is so compact that I can give it a permanent spot on my shelf. I hope that Brieftons comes up with additional blades. I love the everything I got in the kit, but I would love to have one thicker blade for salads.

I finally had a chance to put this grater to use with some cheese. It was very fast, and I liked the way it angles out to assist the finished product to end up in the bowl. I have been using an older mouli-julienne for years. It has things I like, and things I don't like so much, but not tossing it out just yet.This grater from Brieftons is easier to clean than the mouli, and it seemed to be much faster than the mouli, I was actually kinda surprised at the speed, even though it's still human powered. I think the only thing I didn't like, which isn't the fault of the manufacturer, was the suction cup grip. Because of where I do food prep, mostly on a pull out wooden cutting board, it really had no grip for me, so I had to hang on tight, and that made it a little more difficult to use than the mouli. The mouli, has a tri-pod feet/leg system that stays pretty well in place, but has some other drawbacks. I think if the design of the Brieftons grater could have 3 or 4 stabilizing legs added to it, it would be much better for me. If you have a smooth counter top to be able to use the suction gripper cup successfully, then I would expect you to really love this item. I almost do!I do love my spriralizer from Brieftons that I got a few years ago, I would probably make a few design changes on it as well, but they have some grate, (great), products. This neat little compact rotary grater, is perfect for all my needs in the kitchen. It is easy to assemble, strong, does the job, is easy to disassemble, wash and goes back into it's box for easy storage. I love the way it is secured by the suction pad, no siding around which allows you to grate anything you need. It is quick and easy to do that last minute touch to your meal, rather than haul out that large multi purpose machine most kitchens have! I love this grater and highly recommend it. Great buy and great price.
