I bought this a while back for our office. Had customers complain that they could not see our current open sign, they did not know if we were open for business. Put this up and it is very visible, no more problems with customers wondering if we’re open or not.

Bright sign. Very similar to our old one. I do wish the button had more buttons to control the sign, but just keep pushing. The option is probably there somewhere as the single button does change the sign features.

Nice light well-made. The remote is of high quality and no antenna to pull out and break off. Light is easy to see especially when it's dark only thing I would say be a little nicer if it was just slightly brighter for daytime.

When the Covid closure bans began being lifted, I needed to do something unquestioning to show I was open again. I have seen a lot of LED open signs in pizzeria windows or smoke shops and other quickie stores, but didn't want that aesthetic for my business. I DID want that same drive by visual recognition.With a little searching, I realized neon signs are not a thing anymore (at least for reasonable prices) and found this. It looks much nicer than the 'dot-matrix' style LED signs and is quite bright. I've been getting lots of new customers from people in the area that came in just because they noticed the sign and wondered what we were all about.On the picky side, the power cords are none too long and the attach point for it is in the middle of the sign rather than off to the side of the backfield of the sign. I was forced to 'snake' the cable along the sign to get it out to the side of the window so there wasn't a janky cable hanging there looking messy. After I routed it to the wall, I used stick-on wire mould (another ~$30) to cary it down to the outlet, but the integrated switch midway sort of messes with that part way down, necessitating a break in the conduit. Since the cord switch is about 18"-2' from the switch on the sign itself, I don't get why its needed at all. None of this affects the productivity or the front look of the sign in the window, but for as much as they cost it's a pain to deal with all of these little things that aesthetically speaking, are design flaws.For anyone wanting a solid leg up in LED sign quality I still whole-heartedly recommend this unit.
