1 star because my car kept throwing the check engine light. After lots of troubleshooting, I put back my old air cleaner and the check engine light went away. For some reason, it trips the light and the error is pointed to the MAF sensor. Returned it for a refund and going to buy a new oem air cleaner later.

As soon as I had this installed, my car produced a check engine light (when it never had before in my time owning it) and it began acting like it was not taking in enough air (i.e. runs rich, hesitates or lopes when accelerating, worse gas mileage, etc.). My car's mass airflow sensor, which is good and brand new, seems to indicate as such as well. Not sure what it is, but somehow this part does not allow for enough airflow into your engine's intake, and is just a cheap part. You might as well buy an OEM part for much more since you will likely spend that much anyway chasing the issue, if you don't have a basic knowledge of auto mechanics.

Like the reviews say everything fits correctly but it is not something you want to buy. Check engine light as well as MAF sensor code pops up as soon as you start it up.

I asked a question on the product Q&A about whether this came with the mesh piece glued in. I was responded to by email that it did. This is not true and now I have no use for the product. Thanks a lot.

parts were excellent ......I installed them on two different cars and they work perfectly. note I got two of them.not super sensitive sensors or other problems,,,,,,thank you.

It matched up and fit perfectly into the vehicle, but the check engine lamp came on soon after with a Mass Air Flow Sensor code... Replaced the sensor, but it still came on... After further diagnosis we found the Air Flow Meter is ultra sensitive on this particular vehicle and a new Air Cleaner Filter Box must be bought from the Dealership (OEM)... The part that was bought failed due to the air flow not matching the original...
