The wire in the drain sleeves are too stiff and will not unroll when it rains. Thus the water backed up and pulled the rainsprout down. This is my second set of drain sleeves and this new version are not functional.

Junk , do not BUY , they don't unfold or roll out , no matter the amount of rain !

My HOA fined me $7 because they said my downspouts looked like turds. :(

I did like the color and the function. I don't like that the was not good installation instruction with good step by step pictures also did not like that the open to pull up around the spout is not stretchy unable to get it on the spout. So no one size do not fit all.
