Weltweit nutzen tausende Weitwanderer (thru hiker) diesen Kocher.

The stove is super lightweight and Ultra compact. It has a ferocious flame that's guaranteed to boil water very quickly. Only drawback is it might use a little bit more fuel and be a little bit inefficient in the use of that fuel.

I have always cooked over a fire when I am hunting or fishing. I got this as a back up when firewood is hard to find. I can boil water in about 7 minutes (high Altitude) the stove cools off while I eat to put it away. It weighs nothing and fits into my water pot with a fuel canister. Total weight is less than the toaks 750 ml box the cup came in. I should say I didn't actually weigh it just by hand so that might not be a actual fact. Very handy piece of gear for what I wanted.

This is my second time purchasing this product. The first time it lasted for 3 years, but could of lasted longer if I didn't abuse it. While boiling coffee or other liquids make sure they don't overflow into the stove. Over time this is what caused it to not work as well, but if properly cared for, it will last many more years. It is so easy to pack and carry that you do not even know it's there. It is simple to set up and use. I have found that a wind guard is not necessary if you camp in sheltered enough locations. It may be the perfect backpacking stove.

This camp stove is amazing. So small and light. Fits inside my 750ml Toaks pot with a small fuel canister. Easy to light with a match, lighter or fire starter. Flame is adjustable with a small twist knob. I would suggest a wind protector of some kind as it is difficult to start or keep the flame going if it’s windy.Love this stove and use it in my backpacking kit whenever I’m on the trail.

I knew it is small, but when I got it on my own hands I still wondered for its size! For hardware that small I supposed the thin metal legs are weak, but actually the joints are tight ad the legs are quite strong for its size. I have small cast iron pans and kettles for this setup and the little legs doing their jobs with no problem.

Size and weight is great. What isn't so great is its propensity to be adversely affected by wind and its lack of fuel efficiency. Also difficult to regulate. But it definitely has its place. I use it primarily for overnight trips where fuel efficiency isn't that important me.

Don't forget something to light this as it has no built spark to light the flame. First use it released a fair amount of fuel. Make sure the flange is full counter clockwise and feet are roughly in desired place before attaching to the fuel. Lastly attach it in the most upright position possible. Highly recommend for the price, size, and weight.
