Each cotton canvas is made by Zweigart, in Germany, the topmost world brand for needlework fabrics. The design and colours are beautiful. However overall quality poor in that you can see through it and distorted badly (even after being worked in a frame). Not even going to bother trying to do anything with it. As a long time tapestry enthusiast I would not recommend sorry

Very satisfying to make and beautiful colours in this design. Plenty or yarn to cover the tapestry. My only slight critique that caused a lost star is that it was difficult to distinguish between the white and cream on the printed canvas, so I had to refer to the pattern guide more often than ideal. The final cushion is lovely.

In the past 1 yr and a half, I have purchased 15 needlepoint kits from BRVSK -Borovsky & Sons thru Amazon. Their kits are very easy to follow. The yarn is a good quality and the company supplies plenty of yarn for each color. The canvas holes are a perfect size for older eyes!When I finish a project, I order the backing that is suggested in the kit. The color goes with the needlepoint design and it is also purchased through Amazon, as is the 16x16 pillow inserts. I will continue to order one kit a month, as the pillows make wonderful gifts. Thank you for developing a quality product at a very reasonable price.

I loved the packaging and the beautiful kit--it is definitely gift worthy IF you can deal with the low quality-yes I said it-low quality yarn that untwists as you work with it. As you can see, I started with the black yarn and it has given me the "blues". I have had to be extremely careful not to "split" the yarn in simple stitch that is used throughout the project. I thought it would be an easy kit to do-but because of the yarn--not so much. I think the company should speak to their yarn vendor as this is definitely a quality issue that affects the overall look of your pillow (framed work, etc.). Who wants to spend so much time and effort knowing that your overall look could have been better.

The sheer beauty of the designs are astonishing! I have done three floral kits from this company. It is caked Brvsk out of the Ukraine! What better way to support this heroic country and help their economy at the same time by purchasing their products. They are easy to stitch, give you way more yard which is beautifully & brilliantly dyed ! They make stimming pillows and are 16” square!Highly recommend!

Was waiting with bated breath for it to arrive in a nice little box then it arrived, before the latest delivery date so sweet! The kit itself is gorgeous, the instructions are brief but clear, and the charts and painting on the canvas are good so far I just started stitching last night. The yarn is not plied and does not need to be separated into thinner strands so that makes it even easier to organize. It also came with two large metal tapestry needles good for the size of yarn worked with. I may run out of yarn of course but I can tell that the yarn is a fair approximation of Caron simply soft yarn so I can always supplement a color if I run out. The yarn is acrylic and I would say that it’s likely that it is Caron simply soft, so it’s got a lot of sheen and is a bit slippery compared to wool or other acrylics but that means it glides through the holes very easily, just be sure to secure it well on the back when done stitching and your good. Genuinely tempted to order another right now in anticipation of finishing this one, lol I don’t want to wait between projects!

This is a quality product. The design is stamped on the canvas perfectly with straight even lines throughout. Instead of only using the half cross and continental tent stitches as suggested, I used the basketweave stitch especially, on larger areas to prevent distortion of the canvas; the stitch also uses less yarn though Brvsk supplies more than enough. I also wondered why acrylic yarn is preferred instead of tapestry wool yarn as wool would be more durable. Other than these comments, I’m very pleased with the product and will probably turn this into a pillow. I ordered another, the Royal Tapestry and have my eye on another.

This is the third kit I have ordered and completed. They are all absolutely beautiful, fantastic quality, the colours are vibrant, and a joy to sew.I also bought the velvet back for all three of the cushions and they are equally fabulous. I highly recommend this company and hope to order more. Just love them!

Beautiful pattern!!! I was very impressed to find that I had plenty of yarn left in each color after finishing this project and I did not have to ever worry about possibly not having enough. The yarn was of good quality and the colors were very bright and vibrant. I would highly recommend.
