Grrrr... after the first use of the thermometer it never completely turned off. It would continually flicker on and off draining the battery within a few hours. I went through 2 batteries. I returned the item as defected and bought a second one finding out it did the same thing.

I held 2 I bought and pointed them to the same thing on same dot, however each returned a different reading. Also reads 31 degrees for human temp while another one I have but different brand reads 36.5

Was not working properly from new, and would just give ERR on the screen. Would not suggest this product to anyone.

Vendor was very accommodating and replaced my meter with a new one thinking first meter might have a manufacturing defect.Replacement meter was easier to open battery door.

I have purchased several different brands do to needing them for my business and this order of 5 was the first to arrive the date that it said when I ordered. This brand was very simple to program and was the only brand that came with the battery. I will purchase more when needed.
