Ok kit. The biggest issue is that the stocking back didn't align with the front. We had to go out and buy a new felt piece to make the back of the stocking. We've made these stocking kits before, and I don't recall that issue.In the past, we've had to buy more embroidery floss and sequins, so we had extras to use here when needed. These Bucilla kits don't seem to come with the quantities of materials specific to each design.The final product is cute and instructions were fine.

Had to reorder since I got the wrong one the first time. Got the right one the second time and there was no string. No sequins and no needles either. Annoyed to say the least.

The felt was very flimsy and the printing for the application of the beads was missing. I just missed the return date, or I would have sent it back.

I have made 6 stockings from Brucilla, and working on my 7 th. I made the first for my oldest son in 1996. Subsequent stockings were made for each child, myself, and my husband. I have now added an additional stocking for my daughter-in-law. I am currently working on a stocking for my new grandbaby. The stockings look festive on the mantle, and have created many fond memories for my boys. They have held up well, although we are very careful in handling them.I was surprised and disappointed in my recent kit. The sequins were faded and not attractive at all. I will not use them on this stocking that I expect to use for many years. I looked for a way to contact PlaidOnline, but could not find a way to inform of this issue.

I always purchase Bucilla stocking kits. The felt is good quality, receive ample beads and sequins. The only thing I’ve noticed in the last few kits are the quality of the red and green sequins, the paint is chipping off. I’ve gone out to purchase replacement sequins.

I ordered the stocking kit 89228E. It came just fine, but it is missing most of the sequins. It had a bunch of heat sealed pockets but there was only a couple white sequins, some pale green ones and black ones. I would guess 50 sequins total at Most. Not nearly enough for this stocking. How do I go about getting the rest of the needed sequins?

Instructions were easy to follow and all supplies were included except stuffing. The black felt for Santa’s boots had white outlines on the boots as if other pieces were to be sewn on the boots. However, there were no other pieces on the boots. I was able to embroider over the white lines to hide them and the lines were no longer visible.

Would have contacted seller to tell them that there were missing supplies in the kit. However, there is no way to contact seller and I cannot return because I already started putting it together. I have bought this brand many times and love the brand though.
