If you like to take long walks in the park, enjoy camping or hiking, then you will need to protect yourself from various bugs. I do not like bugs, especially mosquitoes that buzz next to your ear and cause irritation. How aggravating.Simply wear your favorite hat – preferably one with a rim and slide this bug hat net over your cap and pull the drawstrings for secure closure. I found the fit to be comfortable and adjustable over my sun hat as well as my baseball cap. Since this set is a two pack, I can throw one in my purse and one in the car if needed. The material is made of a durable mesh nylon that allows you to still breathe fresh air but prevents bugs from biting you.I am so impressed with this item and I'm grateful to now have two for the price of one. I would highly recommend this 2-pack of mosquito prevention wear for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors. 5 out of 5 stars for sizing, versatility, functionality, good value for price, and ease of use.

These are long enough to wear over a baseball cap and are awesome for walking in the woods. Easy to see through, and came with 2 small bags to hold each when not in use. Would buy again.

I don't care what kind of bug repellant you use, it doesn't keep away all the bugs when hiking in the summer. These work great, keep the bugs out of my face and eyes. Only nit to pick: they are VERY thin and must be handled carefuly to avoid tearing.

If you line up the circular seam on top to the top of a hat... the net that touches to the front chest area is short about 3 to 4 inches. If you wear a baseball cap, then there's enough net to cover the whole head. If you were a full brim hat or extra wide brim hat... you'll have trouble getting full coverage. You can see the hand can fit right under.The reason why I wanted a full brim hat with this net is that when you are outside, you want to minimize the chance of getting bite on the neck or ears. I don't see an issue with the face with a baseball cap, but any hat larger...this net needs to be longer by few inches to ensure the net is touching around the upper torso area.

These head meshes are comparable to others on the market and do a great job keeping off gnats and mosquitoes. I live in an area with a great deal of gnats all spring and summer and found these to be helpful when I'd spend long periods working in place. If I were to order again I would likely go for the black and blue option as the white is very bright. The meshes are highly adjustable and able to fit very tight. I'd recommend wearing them on a hat as the mesh will touch your face and ears otherwise. The biggest advantage of this product for me is actually the carrying pouch the meshes come with. The mesh fits very easily into the pouch and its made in such a way they the cord forms a loop. You could easily attach it to your belt or pack for hiking or camping trips. I'm very happy with these head nets.

I like how small they roll up and the size of the storage bag. Nice drawstring on the bottom. I incorrectly assumed the top circle part was firm like to hold it off your face. As you can see it's not. It's soft. This makes it fold up better but it works a lot better keeping off your face if you wear over a hat. Not something we're going to need all that often and I do like it folds down so small.

Pesty bugs can drive you nutz!! While you can apply bug sprays and lotions, applying them to your face can be something that you might not want to do. I know that I don't like it. So, a full coverage bug net over one's head is a very good option.This set of two bug nets is the perfect answer. Just remove them from their small stuff sack, place them over your head and pull the draw string. It works best with a hat on to extend the net away from your skin.Comes in two separate and small stuff sacks. One orange with a black net inside and the second is blue with a blue net inside. Both nets fit nicely over your head and deters all sorts of bugs from biting. Once in the stuff sack, it is so small and light that it will easily fit in your pocket. The size is large enough to give you plenty room.This will be a great addition to some of our camping trips as well as around the house during the season when they are biting.
