It's not too heavy and it's not too light. The measurements are easy to read, and it's also easy to flip even though it's a longer jigger. This is a very well-made metal measuring jigger. It's perfect for making cocktails.I always handwash items like these, and it's kept up well. I have not seen any staining or rusting.

It's a shiny, handsome little jigger that looks like it will not rust or discolor. So far it's washing up and holding up very nicely. It's the kind of thing I don't use very often, but it's nice to have one in the liquor cabinet for the ocassions when one is needed.

If you like making cocktails for yourself or guests, you definitely need a jigger like this. It will save you time and your measuring cups with using this instead. I like that you can do two and one ounce depending on the side that you use. I’ve already used this multiple times and it’s held up well. The gold stands out and it has no issues being thrown in the dishwasher. The measuring is exact and it’s quick and seamless to make drinks now. It’s an essential to any bar or at home bar like mine.

I absolutely love the rainbow color!! And it's well weighted and feels balanced and solid in my hand.It is versatile and does all the measurements you need. One side has 1/4 oz, 1/2 oz, 3/4 oz markings and is 1 oz full. The other side is 2 oz full and has a 1 1/2 oz marking.I tested it for accuracy by pouring water and weighing it at each of the measurements. The 1 oz side, most of the measurements were slightly high -- consistently showed 0.05 oz higher than the measurement but my scale is only accurate to 0.05 oz. The 2 oz side full was 2.2 oz. I find this level of accuracy perfectly acceptable -- when you mix drinks you introduce more error than that through pouring errors. Mixology is just not that precise that it would matter!Overall, it's a great jigger that I'm proud to display on my bar!

BEST THING ABOUT IT: its a jiggerADDITIONAL LIKES: it is metal, interior markingsWORST THING ABOUT IT: rainbow colorADDITIONAL DISLIKES/CONCERNS: noneWARRANTY: none listedCOMMENTS (Function, Appearance, Quality): It is indeed a two sided (1 oz and 2 oz) jigger which is very convenient for repeatedly measuring the same volume when mixing drinks. It stands nicely on its own for storage. The Rainbow Chrome color is nice (I guess), but I ordered it by accident. I normally prefer solid, singular colors. It is said to be made of stainless steel. There are interior markings allowing you to measure certain fractions between 0.5 to 1.5 ozs. I tested the volume delivered using two other devices and both volumes (1oz nad 2o) were spot on.MOST SUITABLE FOR: any situation where you need 1 and/or 2 oz measurementsIS IT WORTH IT?: I believe ~$19 is a bit high for such an item.*PRECISE RATING: 4 (a little over priced for what it is and does)RECOMMENDATION: If you like to be precise when mixing drinks, I can recommend this is 1 or 2 oz is your targeted amount.(As always, I will report back if there are any durability issues with additional use.)PHOTO INFO (photos are loaded in order, but may be rearranged when finally posted):1) A side2) B side3) With measured volumesOn a personal note, I try to cover everything I think one might like to know about each product, especially something not covered in the listing. So, I hope you found something informative and useful in this review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. Good luck with your decision.*Rating scale:5 = definitely buy again, happy to have it (exceptional in several characteristics,)4 = probably buy again (decent job of doing what I need, excels in one or two characteristics)3 = perhaps buy again after researching options (functions OK, looks OK, decent quality, average life expectancy but no outstanding characteristics) (in other words, average)2 = would not buy again (low end/below average merchandise and/or service, but not totally worthless)1 = sorry I bought it the first time (poor performance in several characteristics, no redeeming characteristics)Characteristics considered: Presentation/Packaging, Quality, Craftsmanship, Materials, Functionality, Utility/Versatility, Instructions, Ease-of-Use, Comfort, Value.

Little on the pricey side at 20 bucks for a jigger, but the finish is nice and it came in good retail packaging. My one issue here is that the oz numbers inside the jigger are quite difficult to see/read and I have good eyesight. If you're using these in low light, the numbers will be practically invisible. Everything else is good.

This is a nice looking Japanese style cocktail jigger with both 1oz and 2oz cups. They have a variety of finishes that look really nice, I went for the rainbow chrome finish and it looks really nice. It's a nice change of pace from silver stainless or black, which seem to be the most common finishes out there. The markings are nicely etched inside each cup on the jigger. The 1oz side has 0.25oz, 0.5oz, 0.75oz and then filling it up is 1oz. I prefer to have a 1oz line in a slightly oversized cup, but those are fairly rare. The 2oz side has 1.5oz marked on the inside. I would prefer if it also had a 1oz marking on the 2oz side, but the markings that it does have cover all of the typical measurements that you will need. The jigger feels substantial and seems to be made of good stainless steel. The rolled edge is very nice and the liquid pours really well from it. I have some other jiggers that sometimes the liquid flows down the side rather than pouring neatly, but I haven't encountered that on this one.Overall, I really like this jigger and I think it will probably become the one I use most. I wish it had a couple more measurements marked, but it isn't missing any that you really need. The finish is great and I really love the style. Their website suggests hand-wash only for any of the finishes except silver, so that could be a downside except that every manufacturer suggests the same thing.
