My other Bulldog cases have been cheaper and simpler (but great quality), so I bought this hesitantly and wondering why it was so expensive. This is a fantastic case with lots of storage. Very thick padding, and long enough for a rifle with a 24” barrel with a suppressor attached. Exactly what I wanted, but this is more of a high end item compared to what I’m used to from Bulldog.

When I added a 1” extended butt pad, scope and mussel brake to my Mosin Nagant I needed a case to accommodate the increased size. This case fits my rifle nicely. There are additional internal Velcro straps that hold the rifle and are placed just right. I paid $84 for this soft case and see other vendors charging up to $30 more. It was shipped free using fedex and came in 2 days. I’m happy with this purchase.

Well built, protects rifle nicely, long enough for a long-range rifle with muzzle break and still has room left over. Zippers are of high quality and the entire case is sewn well with good craftsmanship. Simply put great case, you get what you pay for.

EDIT: have used for over two years now.Fits my Browning 725 ProTrap 12 gauge or my Beretta A400 Multi Excel 12 gauge no problem.Upgraded the scope on the Ruger Precision 300 WinMag to a 15-60X54mm Vortex Golden Eagle, perfect.Fits any one of my long barreled rifles with scopes, bolt action or not.Well padded with velcro straps keep firearms secure while in transit in road vehicle.Buying 2nd one today, August 2023.END EDIT:Perfect size, pockets have room for mags, ammo, documents, etc.Have not tried it with Bolt attached yet but there's room to spare so should not be an issue.Great case for the price.Seems very durable.Zippers are high quality.Nothing cheap about this case.May get a couple more for Savage 110 Precision on MDT Chassis, also with 26" barrel and large scope and Savage M10, 20" barrel, also on MDT chassis.It's that good IMHO.

A very nice case. Has straps and pockets inside the case to hold the rifle in place. Plenty of pockets for ammunition and such. The zipper has a loop through which to place a lock. Very nice. Large rifle w/ scope fits well. The quality for the price is awesome. I would not hesitate to buy another.

This is one very nice gun case. Built very strong. LOTS of space, I bought this for putting in a very Long Daystate Pellet rifle. I am very impressed with the quality of this case. Outside pocket can hold a lot of storage items, The two pockets at each end are also very nice. NOT a complaint at all.

I shopped around for the right case for my Savage Model 12 which is 46" long overall and settled on the Cabela's Extreme Long Range case because it had everything I was looking for. I kept waiting to see if it would go on sale, but I guess I waited too long because Cabela's isn't carrying it anymore (at the time of this post). But guess what? This is the exact same case (and it was a little bit cheaper). The material seems very durable, as do the zippers. The large pocket has room for mags or boxes of ammo, and the other pockets have room for paperwork, targets, tools or whatever. I really like the adjustable hook and loop straps on the inside. They allowed me to position my rifle how I wanted and they hold it in place.

When I got my new 1874 Sharps with 34 inch barrel I wanted to get a case for it to carry the rifle to and from the range. I was immediately confronted with a market that is very sparsely populated with rifle bags or cases that will handle a rifle this long. I did find a very few hard cases but they were all VERY expensive, very heavy and bulky. Then I found this Bulldog bag. The Sharps just fits the bag. The quality of the bag is Excellent. Very well made. Great zippers. Tough outer shell. Soft liner with cups for muzzle and buttstock. Also has velcro tabs to keep the rifle in place in the bag. VERY pleased with this rifle bag from Bulldog !
