Case is a poor build. Could not keep the chips in place during shipping and hunks of the foam used to keep the chips in place ripped. There are loose panels/accent pieces on the case as well. If you are looking for a good set with a good case this is not it. The plaques do not even sit fully in their spot and fall out. The poker manual it came with was scratched and torn. Chips are ok quality

Absolutely love these chips. Cards and dice are not that great, but they are not the reason I bought this set.The chips have a great feel to them, the texture goes a long way. You can just feel the quality of the chips. Excellent weight and colors. I will buy again for sure.

Der Koffer ist schön und die Keramikchips, aber NUR dafür wird hier die Summer von 300€ gezahlt, alles andere ist wirklich absolut schlechte Qualität. Die Würfel auf dem Foto als Beispiel, unten 25€ Koffer aus einem Supermarkt die oberen Würfel sind die aus dem Bullets Pokerkoffer, ich glaube das sagt mehr als genug über die Qualität. ICH BIN ENTTÄUSCHT 300€ !!!!

First about the good.I bought this set primarily for the chips - I wanted a good-looking set with denominations that would give a slightly more premium feel than the plastic ones you'll see just about everywhere - which left me with two options - clay or ceramic. I would have preferred clay but couldn't find ones to my liking, or they had "wrong" color-coding. After looking at several different poker chip sets this one came out on top - the chips have denominations, use the "right" color-coding, and IMO look good. Chips are 39 mm not 40 as the seller (also the manufacturer) claims.Now about the bad.1. First thing I noticed after opening the box was the misaligned Bullets plaque (Fig. 1) on the case. A minor thing that doesn't really affect anything but definitely not something you would expect from a premium product. Or from a manufacturer taking pride in their products.The case itself looks nice but feels a bit flimsy. Upon closer inspection it became apparent it's made of plastic not aluminium as the seller claims. Even the cases that come with cheap plastic chip sets appear to be more sturdy.2. The decks of cards don't fit in their designated places (Fig. 2). Evidently the case insert/inlay is too small and should be bigger as there is enough space in the case (Fig. 3) - I've inserted the dealer button in the gap to make it more apparent. Even if the decks would fit, it would create another problem - it would be very hard to get them out of their beds because there would be no way to get a hold of them with your fingers. The insert appears to be poorly designed.3. Since the decks of cards don't fit in their beds, it's paramount the cards are contained in their packs so they don't scatter around the case. Fig. 4 shows one of the packs after unwrapping the plastic - the pack's sides have apparently become unglued and don't hold the cards in.4. The dice look very cheap and with poor print quality (Fig. 5). Since they were not wrapped or packed in anything, they were free to rub against each other and everything else, and arrived already scratched.5. This set is priced higher here than on the manufacturer's website because of some added costs by Amazon but unfortunately it's out of stock there and manufacturer informed me it will be available only in about 2 months.Even if it wasn't out of stock, I wouldn't be able to purchase it on their website because the site's authentication is broken and won't let me past the captcha. I tried to contact them via the contact form without any luck but luckily they responded to my messages here. I first informed them about this problem on 02.02.2024. but today - on 29.02.2024. - the problem is still not fixed.Overall impressions.The set makes the impression of being cheaply made with corners being cut everywhere but at the same time comes with a premium price tag. QA/QC appears to be severily lacking.Whether it's worth the asking price - that's up to you. You can also buy these chips in packs of 25 for 16.99 eur, which would be 340 eur for 500 pieces. Compared to that, this set should be reasonably good value even if it comes with a subpar case.It's probably not meant for beginners as they would likely be as happy with the much cheaper plastic chips and not have buyer's remorse after spending a good chunk of money if they discover they don't lake the game.If you choose to order it - the set comes in a thin cardboard box; inside the box the case itself is wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap and held in place by XPS. I suggest you choose amazon packaging to at least get another layer of cardboard protection.

Richie set 100% meets my expectations. Great quality ceramic chips, size and weight is perfect, sound is very satisfying. Cards are also very good, case seems a little flimsy but I’m not going to carry it around a a lot anyway. All in all excellent product.

Product was delivered before the expected day, black suitcase was packed in bubble wrap and two boxes for protection. I am very happy with the product, the case is very sturdy and good quality. Chips are nice in touch and well labelled. Generally this product is not the cheapest but should sustain hundreds of games.
