No pouch, no extra support/containment at all, just a flat panel, exactly the same as regular cotton boxer briefs but with no fly & a higher price tag.

These are excellent underwear; my son only reaches for this line now in his drawer. The stitch placement, fabric used and overall fit are exceptional. And, honestly -- I couldn't beat the price for a quality undergarment.
