This product was installed by a very skilled carpenter, so I firmly believe that the issues were not caused by installer error. That being said, this is the worst drawer slide I’ve ever dealt with. Sure, it works, but it is NOT soft close, which is what you’re supposed to be getting for the money.Need to use a good amount of force to yank it open, and again to push it closed. Perhaps I got a dud/ there’s a manufacturing error but we now avoid using this drawer when possible. I would not recommend this product and would suggest going with a different brand.

Despite what is written in the description, there are no assembly instructions provided. You will have to hunt around on the internet to find a video in order to figure out how to install these slides. They are not easy to adapt to an existing drawer and cabinet unless they were built for these particular slides.

By far, some of the best drawer slides on the market. The operation is unparalleled, and the adjustment is unlimited. They can be a little intimidating initially, because of the drawer size needing to be built to such a tight tolerance. Drawer size depends mainly on what width of material, you'll be using for the drawer. If you use 1/2" material, the drawer needs to be 5/8" narrower than your opening. If you use 5/8" material, you'll need to make the drawer 3/8" narrower than your opening. The drawer needs to be the same length as your slide is, so for 15" slides, you need a 15" drawer, and so on. But if you follow the specs to the letter, you'll have an excellent drawer, that operates unbelievably well.

The kit I received, had a tab slightly bent on one side and made it difficult to install but could beat the price. Once installed, worked great and slides smoothly.
