So, I have tried many different pads, and they are always too tight around my bicep. I got the XL pair, and they fit great. I can actually wear them and not lose feeling in my fingertips. I have not played in them yet, since I just got them, but they also feel like it will be much nicer in the heat and humidity of south Louisiana summers! The material on the inner portion of the pads is thin, light, and will definitely help to not hold sweat.

Great padsA little beefyThe rubber putter coat does fairly well in preventing sleeves from riding up, but obviously this is a mini battle putting a jersey pn.Pretty impossible to put gloves on over these, maybe it’s just me

Overall these are nice pads. The padding is very soft and gel-like, and conforms well to your arm, unlike some other brands where it's relatively stiff and flat and feels bulkier. The half glove is thin enough to still slip gloves on top of them if you want, as there is no padding on the hand. Also like the wide adjustable strap on the bicep, which works a lot better to adjust the fit than a "one side fits most" rubber band that will either be too loose or too tight. However, I found the sizing is a little off compared to other brands. I followed their size chart, and their own "warning" they are a compression fit and order up a size. I wear a L in other brands, so got an L on these- honestly should have got a M. They are quite long, and slightly loose feeling in the forearm. Due to the length, the point of my elbow falls right at the vent gap between the pads unless I sort of deliberately sag them down a little. So great pads, but I honestly wouldn't follow their "size up" advice, and if you're between sizes, I'd say go down, particularly if you don't have longer then average arms.

Amazing product, excellent quality, feel and protection. Have tried other brands before but this is by far the best elbow pads on the market blowing the competition out of the water. Protection where it’s needed and the breathablitiy that allows you to feel like you are not wearing anything at all. Two thumbs way up on an excellent product.

They are very comfortable. I am over 6' with long arms and they fit me just fine. padding is thick but soft kinda like memory foam. They breath and flex very well.

Superb quality, comfortable, and sleek. I’ve had many different elbow pads over the years, and this one ties for 1st right next to the HK hardline pads. However they are two very different designs so I have to explain what’s “wrong” about the BK royal guard pads.Hk pads are designed to be stiff, smooth, and directional. This makes them ideal for non jersey wearing players who slide and dive because they provide traction similar to an ice skate. When you dive they slide you alongControllably. The BK pads are about the opposite and I learned this the hard way. They provide much more flexibility and softer padding, but all along the pads are a interlacing web design of silicone strips. These strips grip to whatever surface they’re put on when you try sliding them. This makes them great for under a jersey with no hand grips, because it keeps the jersey from riding up your arm especially when diving. When I tried diving into snake with no jersey on, these pads stopped me 2ft into the slide, and it destroyed my momentum. So there you have it. If you wear a jersey a lot these pads are for you. If not, I’d look somewhere else
