1.How to use the lock of the diary correctly?
First of all,please kindly note that you need to cross the lock clips on both sides(if hanged directly it will be a loose state).Then hook the lock onto the lock clip on the top, so that nobody can read the contents from the outside.
2.If your diary cover is dirty,please clean it with cleaning wipes,and make it dry with hair drier or clean towel.
3.Please do not pull at the lock clip hardly,because the lock clip are nailed in the cover and the cover is made with cardboard.Anyway,if they become looseness,you can fasten them with pliers easily.

The bunny ears on the diary/journal are super cute and my daughter really liked the idea of the pens being carrots. However, the lock didn't work right.Anytime you get something that has a lock and key, always, always, always test the lock out before you place it on what it was you were trying to secure. That way, you can make SURE it works correctly, otherwise you're going to be locked out of whatever it is that you were trying to keep OTHERS out of, not yourself. By following this rule of thumb that I have, I found out that the lock and keys did not work properly. The lock feels cheaply made and the lock seemed bigger than the actual keys. Thankfully, I didn't let her put the lock on her diary or I would have had a very sad child.Other than that, this is a cute notebook that is perfect for Easter :)
