This is a 10lb version compared to most others which are 8lb. It also has adjustable resistance level which noticeably makes you work harder. Great build quality. Excellent device for upper body conditioning. Depending on how high or low, how close or far from your body you hold it, you can work different muscles in arms and shoulders. Definitely recommended.

at point of review this is going for literally $59.98 if you applied the $10 coupon off! this is a great deal! I've seen the likes of these going for upwards of a $100.also I ran into some problems with it and contacted the seller who responded the quickest I've ever seen and resolved my issues perfectly!meanwhile - this BURNS.. don't think this is a gimmick - while I don't recommend walking or traveling with these... it definitely gives a good supplement to your existing workout if you are looking for a nice alternative on arm days.you can alternate your palms (i.e. facing inward and outward) or even try to do same direction (i.e. pull up style) while turning the wheels as best as you can.it comes with some additional stuff which are all great bonuses.100% recommend!

I admit I didn't know what to expect from this machine, but I like to have a variety in my workouts. Weighing in at just 10 lbs, the machine consists of two knurled metal handles within wheels attached together at a rotational point. You use the machine by holding the handles and spinning your fists around each other in circles, as if you were quickly punching. On one side of the central rotational point is a dial to adjust the resistance, but even at the highest resistance level it's not too difficult. So how did this feel to use it? It's actually an exhausting workout. I discovered that by rapidly rotating your fists like that while holding the machine in front of you like that your arms, chest, and shoulders are constantly under load from the pushing and pulling. I suggest you do sets of high intensity bursts for 30 seconds at a time, resting as needed between the sets.Does this machine work? I would say yes, it would definitely add some variety to your exercise routines and can be used to help warm you up before lifting, or as part of your cardio routines. The machine also came with some wrist wraps which may help alleviate any wrist injury that can be sustained from the repetitive motion. Also included is a spring-loaded grip trainer.
