As a full time Realtor I was so excited to use these at my next open house. When I went to use them the open house banner flag wouldn't stay put into the ground. No matter how hard I pushed the stake down into the grass it wouldn't hold when the slightest wind occured. I literally had a few potential buyers attempt to fix it on their walk up to the front door, none of us could get it to hold for more than 5 minutes. Great icebreaker and conversation starter when greeting strangers at my open house but not great quality and didn't make me look very professional.

Works really good for a new realtor performing open house. I would suggest putting clear tape on the white part and using a dry erase marker.

Used these for my open house. As an agent it’s so hard to prepare with barely anytime. They shipped quick. Very easy to put the items together. Came with a many yard signs so was super easy to direct traffic towards the property I was hosting the open house at. The color was very vibrant. Worth it for the money i paid in my opinion. The flag was super big and big enough to grab attention of anyone passing by.

The signs are small, check out dimensions and if you are buying for the banner it does not stay up. I don't live somewhere windy but even light gusts take it straight down. I secured it with a metal steak and even that did not hold it up.

The top bar that bends and is supposed to hold up the top is missing, no way to get ahold of seller to replace. Hoping this review will get someone to contact me 🙃 Other than that it would be great.
