The instructions were very good and accurate. The only issue is the color is not nearly as dark as the picture. It is more gray than brown.

Solid, well build file cabinet. Much heavier than I imagined it would be. Putting it together did take some time (a couple of hours). The instructions are super clear, and the pieces are all perfectly labeled. Be aware that there are no spare screws, etc, included, so make sure you don't misplace anything by accident!

I bought this 3 drawer pedestal after searching for a decent looking, 27 inch (height), sturdy storage solution for my office/makerspace. I don't have an IKEA near me so had to look elsewhere, I finally found this. It has smooth metal rails (drawers come out further and more stable), solid metal construction, and is decently priced for how good it looks as well. The packaging was superb as seen in the photo, it was handled well by UPS but I think it'd also survive the harsher side of treatment that comes with shipping. The instructions were extremely clear and all parts were there and in good condition. Just take your time assembling, a powered screw driver could also help. There's a massive weight plate (shown in one of the pictures) in the back to ensure it remains stable even with all drawers loaded and fully extended. Only complaint is the drawer bottoms being made of thin MDF type material. Could become an issue as it ages. All that being said, I highly recommend these drawers.

Overall, I'm giving this product four stars since it is extremely sturdy, looks great, and serves its purpose. With that said, I think it is slightly overpriced for what you get considering its size. I was really only looking for something with drawers to hold my office printer so I debated between this item and a similar sized fireproof safe at Costco for $299. Considering the safe was made entirely out of 14 gauge steel, weighed 140 lbs, had an electronic lock, and a much sturdier felt lined drawer, it just seems like a better value. I ultimately chose the Bush pedestal since it matches my existing furniture and includes a true filing drawer which I may need in the future.It doesn't seem like a piece of furniture like this would require much in terms of assembly from looking at photos, but that couldn't be any further from the truth. This was actually one of the more complicated flat packed items I have assembled. Plan on a solid three hours. The directions were not the best, but they also weren't the worst. There isn't a lot of text so be prepared to rely on the printed diagrams which are adequate. Definitely pay attention to the note that says "do not tighten any screws until the end" since this is what ensures you end up with a solid, level, and well aligned piece of furniture. I followed the directions to a T and ended up with a great piece without the need for any additional adjustments. The cabinet is level in all directions and the drawers line up and operate smoothly.I'm happy with this product, but I do wish it had been a little cheaper (I paid $205). My only other complaint is the two top drawers which aren't designed to hold a lot of weight with their cardboard bottom. A few pens and pencils should be fine, but I wouldn't take a chance on much more than that. I believe the instructions say they will hold up to 15 lbs each, but I could be mistaken. Either way I probably will refrain from loading them up. The bottom drawer is well supported and should hold a lot of weight.

I run our business from home, but I like a simple, clean look. This absolutely fits the bill! It took a while for my husband to put together, but the drawers glide perfectly, it does not wobble and my files fit perfectly. Definitley recommend!

I had originally purchased 2 of the large two drawer and 2 of the three drawer. Liked the look so well, went back and purchased one of the shelving units. The product is very sturdy, the two drawer comes with a mechanism to help keep it from tipping over, which is good if you have kids. However if you put the heavier items in the lower drawer, this would help as well.

Once assembled, this file cabinet is very nice. Assembly was a bit rough. The pre-drilled holes were not deep enough or wide enough, so I had to carefully gauge them to get the screws to go in. The top drawer face was crooked and left a gap at the top right (again, due to the placement of the screw holes that were pre-drilled that the glides go on). I had to reposition and drill a couple of new holes. Fortunately I could put them in a slot in the metal (not just a hole) or the new hole would have been too close.I like the unit a lot and would buy again. Just wish they were a bit more careful in the manufacturing.

Really great quality product! I am happy with it. Warning, it did take a good 3 hours for me to put together and I am pretty handy. So if you're not good with assembly, I recommend hiring someone to do it for you. Otherwise, the product is great! Considering purchasing a second one myself.
