The packing served my purpose but included items I probably won't need. Nevertheless the price was less than driving to the store a second time if I need some of the extra parts in the future.all in all a good solution.

The hex wrench tool was perfect and the hex screws were very easy to install. The back door handle is tight and does not drag and separate anymore. Thank you.

The original installer misplaced the bushings and the door handle would come off every now and then. Was great to find the exact replacements and so far the door handle has held well

I've had trouble with the door over the last few months. It doesn't shut when it should, and my dog has escaped several time. So happy to have found this, and now the door works the way it should Replaced one bushing and both se screws. The old screws were stripped.

I will have enough screws and bushings for the rest of my life. I could not find just one bushing, so this kit was a fair deal and gave me what I needed and then some.
