Bought a used 2003 motorhome with the generator and leveling jacks not working as it sat, took a lot of trialing to get the to the root cause of the problem....generator worked with an external battery to start it, so I knew there was a short and the obvious culprit was to check fuses/breakers. the positive wires were covering the red light indicating the breaker was tripped (bottom right part of the panel), couldn't manually reset it.... ordered this and replaced it [(hoping it fit the panel, and it did!) CB3 down below, bottom right corner of the 12V distribution panel; this was killing me to find]. After that, generator could be started from inside and the leveling jacks worked. Thank you so much!Works great.

Used this for a Ford 3G alternator upgrade. Never had the breaker blow so i guess that is a good thing. Have had it in use several years now.

I used this for a winch circuit. It works well so far. I wish the mounting holes on the base had some kind of metal bushing to allow me to attach to my vehicle a little more securely. I did not tighten the mounting bolts as might as I would have preferred for fear of breaking the plastic base. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

I purchased this for a stereo upgrade in my boat. It is high quality and easy to connect. Instructions are very simple. The breaker is very easy to reset if tripped. This is much more convenient than inline fuses. It is splashproof and waterproof. Protect your trunk lines and power cable runs from a potential fire hazard using a properly matched circuit breaker. Recommend.

Works as advertised. I use this as a main battery switch for my boat. My battery is mounted in the front of the boat and the wires run through the side walls. I wanted a main battery switch and protection from a major melt down. I tested the motor cranking amps and when cold never over 80 amps and the additional electronics only 25 amps if they were all turned on at the same time. Nice size and compact. Great price as well.

I prefer the breaker type of fuse for my power wire at the battery. I use an ANL type quick blow in line fuse for each power lead to my amplifiers, at the amplifier. My amplifiers also have internal fuses. This breaker can be opened for work on the system, then closed when you are done. Very easy. It also has good durability for water (I don't recommend getting it too wet as it may short the leads). I have detailed my engine compartment and this has been wet numerous times (I do try to avoid it). The old breaker was lower amperage, and had been in the truck for 14 years (same brand) and worked flawlessly when replaced with this larger breaker.
