This flip up was a perfect fit for the front optic on my Leupold Freedom VX. Very good price compared to the Leupold brand scope caps.

This fits the objective end of Nikon P-223 1.4-4.5x20. Opening the cover is easy. The only compliant is: It's hard to close the cover. It's not just I had to apply some strength/pressure to push and close, it seems like the reason I have to apply some strength/pressure is somewhere might be not fitting well each other between parts.

I followed the advice of the 2nd review and decided to ignore the handy Butler creek scope cover size chart (link here: http://www.butlercreek.com/media/ButlerCreek-ScopeCoverGuide.pdf ) and Im still regretting that decision. The 19 eye piece and 31 obj does NOT fit. It's not even close. The correct size is exactly what the Butler creek size chart says. 11 eye piece and 28 obj. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Just take a min and use the size chart. I now have $20 in scope covers that Amazon won't let me return and spent an additional $20 on the correct pair. As for the quality of the product. It's pretty good. Not as good as I had imagined for a product so popular (I bought a Nikon Monarch 6x18x50 and it came with stock flip up scope covers and they are a superior product by far) but hey. Can't complain too much if they are functional and serve the purpose.
