The cables for the power just weren't long enough to extend to our power outlet, and my husband just didn't want to deal with creating a new outlet that would be close enough. So unfortunately, we weren't able to use the product.

The product comes carefully packaged and includes a base plate which can cover extra counter top holes in some cases. In the case of a three hole counter top with eight inch (20.3 cm) spacing, the base plate will not cover the extra holes. The product, however, can be installed with or without the base plate. The product description misses some important specifications such as the length of the supply lines, the tread specifications of the water supply connection point, and the tools needed to install the faucet. Further, the instruction manual has no contact information for the manufacturer, and no information on how to order spare/replacement parts if needed.The supply lines come disconnected from the valve body. Due to the large size of the fitting at the bottom of the supply lines, they can only pass through the threaded barrel from under the cabinet to the valve body. This means that before the valve body is attached the the threaded barrel that the barrel needs to be in place on the counter top. The upper end of the supply lines feature a two "O" ring seal (two "O" rings on each side). One of the seals on one of my supply lines had an "O" ring in the wrong place which I had to correct before proceeding. The instructions state that the "hot - red" supply line is on the left and the "cold - blue" supply line is on the right. The connection points on the body, however, are not left and right but front and back. This is very confusing. I had to take a guess and hope that I got it right, which I did. The small end of the supply lines with the "O" rings are a little difficult to thread into the body. While being careful not to over torque, a small wrench is needed to tighten the supply lines into the body. It requires a somewhat uncommon 11 mm wrench which I was fortunate to have. The wrench was too thick for the space available, however. I had to use a bench grinder to flatten the end of my 11 mm wrench. Once installed, I attempted to directly connect the supply lines to a US standard 1/2 inch supply valve. The tread was close but wrong. I then figured out that the bronze filter screen pieces were actually thread adapters allowing for the connection of an American standard 3/8 inch supply valve. I needed to install new supply valves which was easy because I used valves with "SharkBite" removable fittings.After the somewhat frustrating installation, I tested the new unit. I love the product. It works perfectly and functions a lot better than the automatic faucets found in malls and airports. The finish is chrome and the construction is very solid. This is a five star product that needs to come with a better written set of instructions, and a few minor changes in fitting sizes. For the supply line connections to the valve body, changing the wrench size required from 11 mm to the much more common 10 mm would be a big help.It has now been installed for three days in regular use. No leaks or malfunctions so far!

Very nice looking faucet. The sensor is not overly sensitive. At the price level, I wish it would have come with a pop-up drain.

This faucet is well made from quality brass material. It appears durable and sturdy. The faucet was easy and quick to install. The seller provides the water supply lines and other items needed for installation. You set the desired water temperture by the knob on the side and the faucet has a sensor that turns the water on when your hands are in place. The faucet is pleasant to admire. The item is correctly described by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. Therefore, Dr. T. highly recommends this product!!

Easy install, everything went well for a while. Now after 4 months, won’t stop leaking. I tried contacting the seller, and nearly impossible to send an email or message to them. I wanted to see if they had an upgraded valve they could send out.

You have to have your hands so close to the sensor to operate that water gets all over the sink, completely defeating the purpose I bought this for. The manual mentions that a remote is available for adjustment but I cannot find the remote on Amazon or the manufacturer website. I've tried contacting the manufacturer but their voicemail inbox is full (Not a great sign for a "Business"). I have also emailed the manufacturer with no response.
