BYD CARE KN95 Respirator with Ear Loop, Box of 50 Pieces
BYD CARE disposable respirator, carefully designed and engineered by BYD CARE R&D group, provide soft, skin-friendly, comfortable wearing experiences and protection for daily usage. It cover the nose and mouth with close fit to the face, providing respiratory protection against non-oil particles and reduce user exposure to certain airborne particles including those from sanding, sawing, grinding, sweeping, bagging, or from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, flour, and certain other substances.

- The mask consists of three layers of high quality nonwoven materials:
- The outer and inner layers are made of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric;
- The middle layer is made of polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric.

Materials

- Made of 3 layers of non-woven fabric: The mask consists of three layers of high quality nonwoven materials: the outer and inner layers are made of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric; the middle layer is made of polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric. These three layer construction provides at least 95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols free of oil.

Using Scenarios and Applications:
BYD CARE respirators are disposable, and convenient for the public in a variety of scenarios, meeting personal needs, public mandate and work requirements. Thanks to the light-weight, unisex, foldable design, the respirators are easy to carry for daily your commute and travel, and are widely used in consumer, commercial, industrial and construction sectors. People can wear the masks on a day-to-day basis for both indoor and outdoor environments, such as hospitals, clinics, schools, offices, public transportations, airports, ferry, warehouses, grocery stores, shopping malls, parks, restaurants, warehouses, construction sites, and general public environments. Also works for different kinds of weather conditions (foggy, windy, dusty, etc.) in all four seasons.
Widely used by bus, truck, forklifts, taxi, ride-sharing drivers, frontline workers, law enforcement and security personnel, medial reporters, janitors, supermarket and grocery staff, cinema and theatre staff, shopping mall employees, public parking lot staff, warehouse employee, construction workers, manufacturing workers, faculty and staff in campus, business travelers, and so on.
- Do not use if the packaging has been opened or damaged
- Check the condition of elastic head straps and nose bridge before use
- Unfold the respirator and hold it with both hands, with the metallic strip facing up
- Place elastic bands around the neck and head respectively
- Put the respirator against your face covering both nose and mouth
- Adjust the metallic strip over the bridge of the nose by using two fingers to press down until achieving a close fit
- Perform a fit test according to instructions
- Make sure the respirator fits properly, covering the nose, mouth and chin
- Exhale heavily in order to check for air leaking from the respirator, then adjust the nose clip accordingly

It stated 2 masks per packaging, and there will be 25 packages for the total of 50 masks.I usually don’t count, but this time I was just curious and counted it, there were only 24 packages, which is 48 masks only. This is really a dishonest way of doing business, assuming user won’t count.

I discovered these through Armbrust's website and they're the cheapest genuine KN95s available on Amazon. BYD is a huge Chinese corporation so they're forced to follow regulations unlike the KN95 sellers here.These weren't too tight for my face as many reviewers have stated. In fact, I feel the respirators should be a tad bit more snug, but overall the fit is great and the box's fit test instructions are a welcomed addition.If you're having trouble finding genuine KN95s, check photographs for the manufacturer name and "GB2626-2019 KN95" are both printed on the side of the respirator.I deducted one star because my box only contained 48 instead of the advertised 50 respirators.

These masks seem protective. However, the elastic is short and you have to carefully stretch it out before using or it hurts your ears. The price was fair and we are using them but a bit uncomfortable. I like that they come in a 2 pack with a nice plastic cover. I would buy again for the right price but they should make the elastic a bit longer.

Just got second box, unfortunately they delivered them to a neighbors house 1/2 mile away, they called and I got them....oops!Been using for months, keep backups in car and never wear over a couple days without replacing, got a bacterial sinus infection from wearing one too long.....not fun.Ear loops feel tight if so tug a bit on the elastic loops to stretch and no problem.Chemical smell when first unpackaged goes away in a few minutes after wearing replaced by bad breath...ugh, have a mint when wearing!Very high quality, affordable that works, thank you BYD and Amazon!
