MORE BUDGET-FRIENDLY&COMPACT!
3 reasons-Why you should pick cage with Lat&low row system NOT Fuction trianer?
1.1:1 Ratio for heavier resistance
2. Full range of lat pull down and seated row.
3. All the cable exercises are inside of the cage, no need for extra outer space.
NOTE: 90% of cable exercises only require a single high/low pulley like the lat pull-down, Tricep pushdowns, biceps curls, and face pull. The Lat/low row system is more budgetfriendly and compact for the home gym than the cage with FT.
