Your cart is empty.Cabbage collars to deter cabbage root fly, repel slugs & snails, control weeds around the plant and conserve moisture. Collars are discs of black heavy duty fabric coated with copper, 12.5 cm (5 in) in diameter. The collar is cut to the center, giving a tight fit around the plant but allowing the stem to grow without restriction.
How to Use. Plant as normal and then place a collar around each plant. It is important that the discs are laid dark side upwards. Water thoroughly immediately to ensure the collars are 'bedded down'. When the plants are past the stage of being at risk to cabbage root fly, slugs and snails, the collar may be removed. If care is taken the collars may be re-used.
