Don't waste your money. The lat pull down bar comes in three piece vs a single bar. One side does not fit with the center piece rendering it useless. I contacted the seller with no response. In a followup, the seller has agreed to replace the entire lat pull down bar

Ordered this set so that other people could use the cable machine simultaneously and did not realize the quality and quantity of the equipment! Definitely built solid with plenty of ergonomic features. There is not an exercise that can't be done with these on the cable machine!
