It works great in conjunction with another pulley i would recommend buying a full pulley set and then one of these later on, not as a primary cable system for home gym.

This is a well built pulley and was perfect for my application. It won’t be good for rope under 1/4” in diameter because of the gap between the wheel and the bars.

I used these as pulleys attached to my weight stacks, and they are very smooth and look great. 200lbs stack that I frequently add another 100lbs to for certain exercises.

I bought this to add a pull down to my rogue squat rack. It has a very smooth mechanism and allows for a great tricep pull down exercise. I should’ve bought this much earlier. It has made my gym complete.
