This oddball adapter is not available anywhere and yet I found one on Amazon. Now I can revive my old sampler (from the 80s) with an ancient DB:15 to DB:09 video adapter.

Works as advertised. Used it to connect VGA DB9 output from older oscilloscope to HD15 VGA input of newer monitor.
