I bake a lot of cakes, and serve them often at buffets and dinners. This little gadget insures that my slices are uniform. It has two adjustments and you just press it on top of the cake so you know where to cut. It is easily cleaned and can go in the dishwasher. It is also easy to store because it is flat and not very tall.
