It works great, I just couldn't figure out how to change the original "tune" which was a little creepy clown like. Having said that, I didn't spend a lot of time trying as we were just trying to get things settled with a rehab parent in the house! Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

This is super easy to use, just plug in and away you go, put one receiver in sitting room and one in attic room, great range, can change volume and alarm tone, neck strap included with fobs, extremely pleased with product

Used for my elderly mum as her hospital bed is downstairs. Loud doorbell type chime sound. Can choose from 4 decibels of loudness. Emits lovely colours from control plug socket when she presses the alarm. Alarm can be stuck, fixed on or worn.

I have two 86 year seniors that these devices work great for.the alarm is a pleasant doorbell sound,move the speakers into any room needed for care givers.

Product seems well made, however no instruction leaflet came with the various bits of kit in an otherwise well packed box. Problem, the factory setting is the same chime as the door bell, result a possible delay in attending the elderly person needing help while you check the front door! Without the leaflet we cannot change the chime.The seller has offered a refund, a welcome offer. The equipment is the 2nd we ordered and overall is very well made, I have amended our rating to 4 stars

If you are looking after someone and need them to alert you if they have a problem (in their home) this is a very economical method. Works just like a wireless doorbell so just plug into a socket and it's ready to use. You can change the volume and the tune to suit your needs. I bought the two so that I can have a bell upstairs and downstairs so have a spare call button. Brilliant!
