The headset has crystal clear reception and the sound is crisp and distinct with no hums or background noises. However, there are two very annoying and aggravating issues:(1) the headset constantly slides off your head either forward or backwards when you naturally move your head. This problem is due to the fact that the plastic band that wraps around your head is too thin to stabilize the headset when you naturally move your head ( it’s a PAIN to have to adjust the headset every few minutes! ).(2) I feel the inline sound volume control knob could have been calibrated better because the amplitude is either too low or too high.

Je l’adore, le son est excellent, le petit bouton pour mettre le son à « mute » pour ne pas que la personne n’entende un court moment est vraiment pratique, le micro s’ajuste super bien. Je l’utilise sûrement avec mon téléphone au travail (marque ) Je le recommande fortement si vous en avez besoin.

I tried with the 3 different adapters as well and they don't work. I'm having to speak louder for people to hear me with this headset and it still sounds like I'm distant. I need something that works, there is nothing in local stores, must be purchased online only and this is why I prefer shopping local. I don't know weather to risk buying something else online, return it , get a wireless like I had before or what. I need some sort of headset to work with and this is not working for me.

Works well. I have had no issues using this product with the office phone.I was worried that it would be only one ear angle only, but it can be setup for either side ear. A good thing for someone partially deaf like myself.

I work from home i ordered it for my Avaya work phone While using it the callers keep saying they can't hear me. I have to almosr scream to make them hear me. I have gone back to my busted up headset.

I bought it to use at work. I'm a receptionist and holding the phone between your ear and shoulder is not easy.So, this helps. I wish it could have a louder volume. Even at the maximum, sometimes is hard to understand what that patient says.

I wanted to love this. And at first I did. The sound and clarity was great. It was comfortable to wear. I only used it a handful of times when one day I went to put it on and adjust and it just snapped in 2. I was not being rough and just trying to loosen it but it broke like nothing. The cord sometimes got in the way but no big deal. Very easy to set up and use. Just sucks it’s broken now with very little use.
