I was doing an install that required 3 phones in the space. Each phone would share the same number.Normally I would just split the phone line out to 3 separate jack with dolphin or scotch locks but i found one of these items in my Misc parts box. Made life easier by allowing one jack to be use then this inline with that. Should they need to add another item to that shared line, a phone cord would just need to be plugged in.
