I installed the shaft and it caused an oil leak at the rear of the engine where the shaft contacts the oil seal. Either the shaft or the wear ring was out of round and didn't run true in the seal which caused the seal to leak. My return window has closed so I can't return the part. Also the part only has a 3 month warranty so if you're past that the seller won't help you at all.

Ordered this to replace drive shaft on my 07 canam outlander 400 and it fit perfectly and never broke on me had it for over a year riding in water.

I have a 2005 Bombardier Outlander 400 HO and the rear driveshaft blew out during a ride. I ordered this replacement driveshaft and was very pleased. This new shaft is more robust and after installing the included slip-rings, was ready to install. Definitely worth the money!
