My food dryer screen shelves do not fit into my sink. I bought this box to use to soak the drying screens to remove dried food particles. It worked great! I could stack the food dryer screens in the box, add water, and let it soak.

The product arrived with a jagged edge on the rim of one corner of the box. It was too much of a hassle to return it and I needed it right away, so I kept it. It doesn't affect the functioning of the dough box, but it concerns me that someone might get cut on the jagged edge. I wold feel better about the product if I could use if without worrying about injury.

I received only one tray, not two. The photo is completely misleading and I would not have paid this much for only one tray.

This was an immediate return. The dimensions are listed at least three times as 18"x26"x3". These are roughly the outer dimensions of the outside lip. You really only get about 16" of interior width. There are inner and outer dimensions and diameters for a multitude of products. If your product is designed to hold things inside of it and you only give one set of dimensions, it should be relevant to putting things inside of it.

This tray is great, heavy duty and solid. But why show a pic of 2 when you only get 1? You also have to buy a lid separate, so it gets expensive fast.

This is a good product but for the price it looked like it was a set of two. But No it is only a single tray even though all the pic's show two trays.

My new robot vacuum was getting tangled in the spill mat for the cat bowl. It would dump the bowl. This fits the mat and bowl perfectly. The robot vacuum works around it just fine, and the cat seems to like it too.

At first pass, you think to yourself "why would I want something like this when some other food container would work?..." While true, you could use some other sized container that you have around your house to do a bulk ferment of dough I've found that this Cambro works so much better.When fermenting dough or for rising, I like to spread a bit of oil on the bottom. That way I can do any kneeding or shaping in it and not have to add any flour. When combined with the lid it forms a nice tight seal, though not airtight. It's tight enough to keep the dough from drying out and forming a skin some how. Which is something I would find using other types of food storage boxes at home. My doughs come out feeling much more hydrated and softer using the dough box vs using tupperware or something similar.It's big, don't be thinking you'll easily fit this into a fridge to do a slow refrigerated rise, or sticking it in your oven as an out of the way to proof your dough. That's the biggest down side of this really. But really, you kinda knew that since we're talking restaurant/commercial food grade sized product here.
