These worked great in our RV, have been used for 3 trips and not once has the fridge been open when we stop. Before these everything would push the fridge open and things would fall out

After ordering the wrong size, I got it right with these. They work as intended but seem a little difficult to get to the correct length. Maybe a little more use and I'll get better at setting them up.

These were easy to use and did the job well. I use them in our camper fridge, and haven't had any food dumped on the floor after traveling, even on rough roads.

This is the second set we have bought because we now have an outdoor kitchen fridge in the new trailer and still use a set inside. They work great to keep things in place and are very reasonably priced .

Ok. So my frigidaire fridge lost a door shelf. Saw that they cost around $40. Thought outside the box, and decided to get this instead. Now I have room for my ketchup, mustard, salsa, etc. Only needed one but I couldn't find any singles so got this three for $19 pack. It works perfectly. Now i just have to figure out what to do with the other two left over.

The bars would be better if they were stronger. Otherwise, they work great holding the food in place when food does not rest evenly on top of other packaged foods. Holds everything in place when you open the freezer door.

I bought these to make temporary and affordable "shelves" in my rental, both in the kitchen and under sink in the bathroom. Very easy to install and as long as you get them tight enough they hold pretty well with a fair amount of weight. Took me a couple tries to get them tight enough for their desired purpose, but that's more my issue than it is an issue with the product. Nice for under the sink since it's easy to accommodate the plumbing under the sink. Pretty versatile if you purchase a couple packs, can space them as close or as far apart as you want to suit your needs, of course. You can see in one of my pictures these will hold the weight of several towels and a full container of baby wipes. I've only had these installed for a few days so I can't speak to their longevity, but for my purpose of temporary shelving they're perfect right now. These would probably hold even more weight in areas where the surfaces you're hanging them on aren't very smooth like the laminate of my cupboards (thinking along the lines of a narrow closet on painted/textured walls) since the really smooth laminate does make them easier to move. Overall very pleased with these.

So I brought these because I was looking for a larger quantity of smaller tension curtain rods. These worked amazing. The package of 3 was about the price of 1 if you brought a curtain rod labeled on. They hold just as well if not better than the existing ones that I had. The only con I noticed is that the size changes on the bar are larger. For example, the rubber end caps seem larger than I could tell from the bar in the picture. Also, when extending the inner bar is quite a bit smaller than the outer bar. Since I was using rings this wasn't a problem for me. If you found this useful please click helpful/yes so others will see this review as well.

Ordered a package of these after tipping and spilling cream enroute with the camper to the lake (rough rough logging road). These innovative bars are the ticket!! I may find a way to clip on some sort of netting to completely block anything from coming off the shelves in the fridge. These are also handy in the cupboard versions to keep things on the shelves. Love them!! If you are going anywhere off pavement, I think these are a must-have.

What can I say? It works exactly as advertised, and as expected. It was by far the cheapest option I found to solve the problem of keeping things from falling in an RV fridge. We originally were going to use generic "tension rods", but most were too wide, not as sturdy looking, and were no cheaper than these. They fit our RV fridge perfectly and stay put. I can see how they might slip around in some circumstances, however, as the ends are made out of a rubber that should really be quite a bit softer. I think that would make a better "stickiness" and thus better hold. But for our purposes, it's sufficiently sticky to hold, for long trips.

There are two issues for us: 1) the fridge is wide and with less than one inch leeway in the bars their strength isn't as it should be and 2) the ends slip on the inside surface. To remedy #1 we have a 2" block of wood on each shelf against one wall at the front of the shelf to lessen the distance the bars have to extend. To remedy #2 we have put rubber shelf grip on the ends of each tip. The gripper stuff doesn't glue on so it is now wrapped and held on with a small zip tie. Now that the fixes have been made the bars hold everything on the shelves pretty well. No more opening the door of the fridge in the motorhome and having a bottle of something come flying out at you!

I ran across these on Amazon by accident while looking for something else. Glad I did! Recently moved into an apartment with a cheap old refrigerator that was missing almost all of the aluminum bars that hold things in on the shelves in both the refrig and freezer sections. Thought I'd give these a try and they work well and for much cheaper than having to replace the refrigerator partsThese are heavy duty, unlike the usual same size extension rods I've purchased for curtains. Those are much flimsier and much more expensive. These will work for curtains too (have a rubber cap like thing in the post parts so curtain hems must be large enough to fit the rods) and for much longer and for a much better price.Recommended! And glad I ran across them. I'm slightly more organized than I was an hour ago :)

Advertised for RV refrigerators, but works great in all my suitably sized RV cabinets to keep stuff put during travel.Adjustable for length (16 to 28 inches) by just twisting the end (1 turn lengthens or shortens bar by about 1/4 inch).Once adjusted to slightly longer than needed length, they have a stout internal spring that keeps them in place (spring action is about 1/4 inch).End-caps are medium hard plastic and very durable. In cases where I have extremely slippery walls, I have purchased cheap soft rubber end caps from the local hardware store to but on the bar ends. The soft caps don't hold up as well as the stock ones, but definitely stay put better on slipper wall surfaces. Purchase these bars and a few inexpensive soft end-caps and you can handle all situations.Bars are lightweight but fairly durable in use. I have yet to have one fail.Recommended
