They support and safely secure boats, motorcycles, ATVs, furniture, cargo, equipment, machinery and more. These retractable straps have a convenient ratcheting mechanism and feature easy-to-use hooks on the connection end. A bolt-on design allows you to mount the straps directly to your trailer. They are made of durable polyester webbing and measure 5 ½-feet (L) x 2-inches (W). The straps have a break strength of 3,300 lb. and a safe working load of 1,100 lb. Quantity: 2-pack.

The straps work well so far. The picture of the bolts is misleading. The picture shows threads that go the full length of the bolt. They DO NOT, and oh by the way they're about 3.5 inches long, which is WAYtoo long for any applicationi can think of. I emailed Camco and they said there was nothing they could/ would do to send the correct bolts. Camco should remove the bolts from the package and lower the price accordingly. I went to the hardware store and bought bolts that I needed.

We use the tie- down straps to fasten our boat on the back of the trailer. My husband absolutely loves them. They are easy to use and have held up nicely as we’ve had them for a couple of years.

I bolted these on my trailer to use on my UTV. loading and unloading now only takes about 2min. one on each corner (4) is plenty and makes loading up on the trail much faster and gets you out of the way of other riders quick.

I ended up using this strap to hold down my wheelchair on a wheelchair lift it works great for that it retracts spring-loaded which makes my life so much easier multiple uses very strong like it very much

I’ve been excited to put something like this one my trailer to strap the back of my boat down. When I first received these, they were missing a bolt and washer in the already opened packaging. That wasn’t a big deal tho because I planned on using bigger, stainless steel bolts. Installation is straightforward.The thing that make these complete garbage is the fact that after just one time after being put in the salt water, the self retraction stopped working. And before anyone thinks it’s because I didn’t rinse, it’s not. I rinse my trailer after putting my boat in the water and then when I put it on and get home. I use salt away on my boat trailer every time I go out. They also stiffened up. I would not suggest using these things at all. I’m going to message the seller so I’ll update after.I uploaded pictures of this trash. The retraction springs corroded and expanded bad. These things are garbage. Get something better.

Installed in a few minutes and we’ll worth the money. Not sure if they won’t freeze up in Canada later in the season so I kept my old tie downs for that !

It took a minute to understand the free vs lock/pull vs rachet mechanics, but once I figured that out these were very easy to operate. Installation was a breeze using a metal class drill bit. Just one simple hole in the trailer frame and bolted on. One criticism is that that bolts shipped with this do not have threads the entire length of the extremely long bolts, so for my thin trailer framing, I could not use the supplied hardware. I already had a variety box of bolts and nuts from harborfreight, so I used 4 of those with the shipped lock nuts. I'll also note that the S hooks are not quite wide enough to fit over my transom or gunnels, so I'm currently hooking them to the rear welded handles and into the oar holes. I'll either get some proper tie-down plates or larger hooks. These are very easy to use and make the loading/unloading process that much easier and quicker than using traditional tie down straps, which don't provide as much protection as these due to these being attached to the trailer itself for counter-tension.

Exactly what I wanted and its in excellent condition and great product. Came with a missing bolt and a missing nut so I was missing hardware and too much of a hassle to exchange. Sucks but not the end of the world

Just received 2 packs of these, and no mounting hardware included.... I suggest Camco attaches the mounting hardware in a different manner, so none of the hardware gets LOST before it even reaches a customer. Serious pain in the but to return and order new ones again now.....

i have used similar style of strap and thought this would be great for on the boat trailer.when it arrived it came with missing hardware.i got them mounted and on the 2nd time using them the strap would not retractthey would be great if they worked saves a lot of hassle if they worked now they are just a pain in the a**
