Works great for me camping in the ice house! The framework is reasonably sturdy for how light weight this thing is. It didn’t struggle when a 250 pound fishing partner used it. It’s definitely not an ultralight but it’s not the thick framed super heavy cots out there and plenty light to handle. Let’s be real the pad isn’t great but it’s fair and far better than nothing and the dog likes it just fine! The pad does fit in the bag wrapped around the collapsed cot. I bought a decent thermal camping pad off Amazon and it works extremely well on this cot. It’s worked well so far.

This cot is very large and bulky& takes up a lot of space, but it is comfortable. I don't think it would be suitable for anyone over 6 ft tall though

Used this as guest bed for a few days and they said it was very comfortable and sturdy. Very compact so we'll use it as changing table when on the road with baby lol.

My daughter's bed is a loft. When she destroyed her ACL we needed a temporary solution as she could not climb the ladder to her bed. This cot worked well. It was the perfect height for her - easy to get on and off post surgery. She spent over 2 weeks in the cot … almost constantly while resting after surgery. It held up beautifully. She slept well and had no complaints about discomfort. We will likely be using it this summer at camp, too.Note: The cot is NOT small and light … it is large, sturdy, and heavier than much of my camping gear even when folded up. This is not a backpacking cot. It will last you a lifetime and is great for house guests in a pinch. The bag it comes with is large enough to hold both the cot and the mini-mattress which is nice. If you are a car-camper I do recommend it.

A nice very solid and functional bed and when folded it even fits back into its shipping box! Somewhat heavy but that is due to its sturdiness.

I was really excited to get this camp cot after reading reviews about it. On receiving it the reviews are correct. It’s well built, folds up really into a very small form!The only part I was concerned about was the actualMattress that came with it. After have slept on the cot for two nights in a row I can absolutely tell you to go and get an additional Thermorest or similar mattress to fit on top of it. I think a 2.5-3.0” thickness would do the trick.I rolled over all night from hip to hip and back! The caught was just rock hard and dug into my hips like crazy.Now that said, buy the cot, it’s excellent! It’s gets you up off of the ground or in my case off of the floor. (I use it for weekend trips in converted Enclosed trailer as a Back Country First Responder for Off Road Moto events and weekend fun) It really is quite stable and well made. Just get a thicker mattress.I will update this review throughout the summer particularly as soon as I get a thicker mattress.

Being used for kid sleepovers right now. Each kid has given it a double thumbs up for comfort. My 11yo can easily carry, set up and put away.
