The CAMVATE cold shoe adapter features ARRI-standard anti-twist 3/8"-16 mount with two locating pins. It is a perfect fit to attach your video light / microphone / monitor mount to RED Komodo cage C2622.
It can be directly screwed on to an ARRI-standard mounting point with 3/8"-16 threaded screw, deviation could be completely prevented with its two locating pins.
You can only slide in the shoe mount from one end due to an anti-fall set screw based on the other.

The holes where the screws go in do not have adequate clearance for flash hot shoe connector pins. If your flash has rigid / unslanted pins, your flash WILL get stuck.If the above happens to you, a machine screw extractor will remove enough material so that you can extract your flash safely.Terrible design.
